Essential Duties:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Essential Duties:

The Project Site Safety and Health Officer is responsible for ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Safety System for a specific project. Regardless of other duties, the Site Safety and Health Officer is responsible to:

  • Confirming the company’s APP is followed
  • Ensuring resources are available to implement the program
  • Reviewing and approving all policy update(s)
  • Provides current safety guidelines and procedures
  • Develops checklist and ensures frequent project safety audits
  • Assesses incident reports
  • Coordinates and conducts safety training efforts
  • Approves all project health and safety plans
  • Interacts with OSHA and/or state regulatory officials as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in construction safety management
  • Expert knowledge of safety requirements, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five (5) years experience in a Site Safety Manager Role
  • 30 Hour OSHA Certification
  • Highschool Diploma or GED

Essential Duties:

  • Contributing to the planning and development of projects
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects
  • Researching information as required
  • Performing administrative tasks such as preparing estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on project progress
  • Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of federal construction management processes means and methods
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • CPM Scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to constantly maintain a high level of confidentiality

Essential Duties:

He/she will be responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings to determine that all requirements are met, and construction bids are submitted successfully. The Estimator must aggressively follow up with subcontractors, as well as internal management, to ensure that budgets are accurate and appropriate, and bids are successful.

  • Solicit and maintain communication with subcontractors and vendors
  • Prepare subcontractor bid packages
  • Transmit addenda and other bid information to subcontractors
  • Ensure proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day
  • Contact supply houses to obtain additional subcontractor bids
  • Show creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from subcontractors
  • Submit 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline – no exceptions
  • Enter all relevant information into estimating program
  • Review bid requirements thoroughly and asks follow-up question on every bid
  • Understand the scope for specific trades assigned
  • Develop request for info (RFIs)/clarifications to ensure adequate subcontractor coverage
  • Perform a comprehensive "bid day" analysis and scope of specific assigned trades
  • Understand how to fit subcontractors into the size/scope of project
  • Create "bid lists" that correlate to the scope of the project
  • Turn over awarded bid documents and subcontractor information to project manager (PM) within 48 hours of notification
  • Thoroughly check requirements to buy the proper scope
  • Release materials for record only when possible
  • Seek and qualify new subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Construction Take-offs
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five (5) years experience in construction estimating/project management
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial structures
  • Visually inspect equipment and operate test equipment

Qualifications:

  • Licensed journeyman or apprentice
  • Knowledgeable with plumbing systems
  • Be able to pass a government background check
  • Must be a US Citizen

Minimum Requirements:

  • One (1) year experience in plumbing work
  • Highschool Diploma or GED

Essential Duties:

Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, such as ducts, control boxes, drainpipes, and furnace casings. Work may involve any of the following: setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten sheet metal; shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using hammer; operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts; or inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred surfaces.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed journeyman or apprentice
  • Knowledgeable with refrigerant systems
  • Be able to pass a government background check
  • Must be a US Citizen

Minimum Requirements:

  • One (1) year experience in sheet metal work
  • Highschool Diploma or GED

Essential Duties:

  • Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
  • Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
  • Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements
  • Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
  • Lay out floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
  • Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
  • Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
  • Build scaffolding and other construction structures
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in commercial carpentry
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Eight (8) years’ experience in carpentry

Essential Duties:

  • Cleaning and preparing construction sites
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Assist plumbers, sheet metal workers, carpenters, and other construction site workers

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor
  • Be able to pass a government background check
  • Must be a US Citizen

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 Months in construction work
