April 1, 2020 – ORCOM was awarded a Nationwide Construction MATOC from IHS. The award is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract with a 5 year contract to provide a full range of design-build and design-bid-build new construction, renovation, alteration and repair of healthcare and related facilities, structures, and properties for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) / Indian Health Service (IHS). The work to be performed at various facilities in the IHS geographic areas of: Phoenix (Arizona, Utah and Nevada), Navajo (portions of Arizona, Utah and New Mexico), Albuquerque (New Mexico and Colorado), Great Plains (North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Iowa) and Oklahoma City (Kansas and Oklahoma). To complete the design portion of this contract we are teamed with Bridgers & Paxton, SPS+ Architects and LAM Corporation.
