February 19, 2020 – ORCOM was awarded a $7M task order under their Kirtland Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract. ORCOM will be replacing all HVAC systems along with replacing the electrical distribution system from the exterior oil filled transformer in Building 277. Light fixtures and the ceiling grid will be re-installed as required to perform the electrical and mechanical repairs. This project will be completed between February 2020 and November 2021.
